TERRORIZATION / CONSPIRACY and CITIZEN ABUSE. Where is the POLICE
COMMISSIONER?
I can't help but to be wondering what and why does the CONCORD POLICE
COMMISSIONER allow the police department and its people to conduct
operative activities in this shameful display of law enforcement
methods and procedures.
Is this how the city of Concord shows and tells people that in the
city of Concord families come first? Is this how this city wants
people to come and buy in Concord?
I am really tired of all of this ABUSE by POLICE. I can scarcely
think of any civilized city in the United States or for that matter in
the world where POLICE DENY CITZENS help / services when needed.
Maybe here in Contra Costa County in the city of Concord it is the
exception. I am beginning to wonder that maybe I am crazy and
deluded in thinking that as a citizen that I am entitled to police,
protectorate and or local or otherwise law enforcement intervention
and help. Or is it that I can NOT PAY for these services when needed
as I can afford them?
I been victimized by neighbors for many years and the police do
nothing and allow these neighbors to call in outside agencies and
other forms of help and assistance in ILLEGAL HATE CRIMES and
CONSPIRACIES and to make themselves look innocent and not doing
anything at all when they are behind things.
The latest round in this continuing saga of lack of professionalism
from police started back in February 2008. I was sitting on the bed
at the end tinkering with a VCR and video camera. I seen the neighbor
from hell (WNZLY) who lives across the street and the other neighbor
(Kent) aka (the puppet for the other neighbor) and heard them talking
in front of my drive way about a few feet on the street. I heard Roy
tell Kent how he called "these people" for help in getting rid of me
and how Kent's help is needed so his property and home can be used by
them etc. (Once again letting people harass and terrorize etc me and
family from close range and hide them). Also heard promises made to
get RID of me positively this time and NOT leave without removing me.
According to proper procedures and legal methods (as I understand
them) I went once again to concord police to relate all of this
Abuse and the response was "did you get a PICTURE of the WORDS? Do
you have a recording? Is it in print?" This is just 1 CLEAR example
of disbelief of the truth when reported especially when I seen and
heard with my own eyes and ears.
All of this is just 1 more round of HATE CRIMES and CONSPIRACY that
the CONCORD POLICE allows to happen INTENTIONALLY! After a while
these neighbors were not happy as I am still here, Linda (Roy's wife)
decided to get into the act. Now police are calling me "neighborhood
endangerment case" (notice that I been asking for police help for
years and never did 1 thing wrong or illegal in any way-shape and or
form) and force them by telling them that "SHE WANTS HIM OUT OF HIS
MOTHERS HOUSE" no matter how. At this time I kept hearing these PIGS
tell each other that she wants him out and we've got to take him!
Isn't it amazing how I never done 1 thing wrong, illegal or violated
any codes or unknown laws that I am still victimized by law
enforcement especially from out side agency (still unknown to me as
POLICE REFUSE to tell me identification), This is in DIRCT VIOLATION
of FREEDOM of INFORMAITON, RIGHT TO KNOW and probably other laws and
information acts.
This current group of PIGS doing illegal things to me and who call
themselves "law enforcement officers" REFUSE to IDENTIFY themselves of
which is not only insulting, demeaning, hurtful, UNPROFESSIONAL and
ILLEGAL. I believe that his is also ABUSE of citizen rights to know
accusers and etc.
This is just another incident that Police intentionally do nothing
about in supporting a citizen who has been asking for help on the say
abuses from the neighbor for a long time. A clear DENIAL OF POLICE
PROTETION AND SERVICE!
For over close to 6 years I have been asking police for protection and
service in PERMANIENTLY ending this abuse and ALL I WANT IS TO BE LEFT
ALONE and in peace and quiet.
This group of PIGS are TERRORIST at the very least as they make
threats and COMMIT ILLEGAL ACTS of CRIME while hiding from my sight
and electronically by WIRE TAPPING ALL TELEPHONES in the house. They
have ILLEGAL video camera systems and microphones hidden to watch and
listen to me and my family. The POLICE are in full knowledge of this
and POLICE HELP these people and PARTICIPATE in ILLEGAL acts of crime.
I keep hearing police dispatch commenting and acknowledge existence of
such devices laughing at my pain and hurt.
To force me to come out and talk to them these PIGS keep attacking me
in every way-shape and form possible regardless how illegal and or
civilized - abusive. I have made myself CLEAR that I DO NOT and I
WILL NOT TALK TO THEM. I don't have to as they have made promises and
threats to kill and beat me and if grabbed I will receive constant
beatings and other abuses until I am KILLED.
So since I REFUSE to talk to them they are making my life a living and
physical / medical abusive hell. Also in knowledge of my permanent
medical disabilities and medical condition they keep making me sick
and unable to fully function.
These PIGS have done much damage t me and have kept running and
draining me until I went into the hospital close to death and these
PIGS wired up my hospital room for sight and sound and WATCHED and
MONITORED me in my HOSIPTAL SICK ROOM 24 hours a day. Also when no
one around made themselves known by commenting loud enough for me to
hear them. This is a CLEAR VIOLATION of PATIENT PRIVACY! These pigs
are also trying to find a way to force me to let them have access to
all my medical information and records. These actions alone are a
clear example of FELONY VIOLATIONS.
For months these PIGS have constantly found ways and means into
breaking into my computer and making problems for me on it. They
gotten into my security protection programs and changed settings PLUS
gotten into system files locking them so I can't reset things myself.
These PIGS have constantly STOPPED MY INTERNET knowing how I live on
it and it is my main outside link to the world. Also either stopping
it all the way or just stopping my EMAIL, STOPPING POSTING (on main
account),
STOPPING NEW SERVICE (for main account), STOPPING the DSL signal from
the phone company to my computer. They have even violated my new
security internet program so it will not function for me especially
when I had professional help setting it up. ALL FELONIES!
After being watched and listened in on especially when I make comments
and statements from the "privacy" of my room and or in our family car
that they don't like (intentional) they want to make trouble. They
commit all kinds of crimes against me and family. They ILLEGALLY plant
electronic bugs, tap our phones, stalk us especially me, EVERY FORM OF
PRIVACY INVASION that can be conceived. Including using special video
cameras to watch my naked body while dressed, watching my body parts
while in daytime and especially in bed under by blankets / sheets
ALONE by myself. Now after crime free and no illegal problems and
doing nothing wrong I am to be arrested, taken all the way down and
out.
Isn't it nice to know that outside law enforcement officers (PIGS)
commit felonies and other crimes want to arrest me to help neighbors
and their illegal conspiracy and hate crimes? I heard them talking to
each other and when 1 of them asked "what did he do in the 1st place"
the answer is nothing we just got to take him.
I am constantly being victimized and they are always STALKING me.
They have BROKE into and INVADED my home and have STOLEN property from
me and family including RELIGIOUS items. This is anti Jewish activity
from law enforcement itself. Other things in past have been stolen by
them also and by other agencies.
A favorite saying of these pigs and now from CONCORD POLICE is that
nothing and no one can help him now.
I hear CONCORD POLICE DISPATCH commenting such things as my BUTT GOING
UP & DOWN, TOUCHING MYSELF (sick and twisted); we are going to make
him pay for what he is saying on internet bringing attention to the
world.
Also the POLICE made it clear to each other over the radio that I AM
NOT ALLOWED to have MY television, radio, scanner and or anything else
on while in bed and can't sleep or trying to sleep. If I violate
their directives in this I am to be ARRESSTED for USING my PERSONAL
PROPERTY as it is AGAINST the LAW according to CONCORFD POLICE! Today
around 3am I was not sleeping and I heard that I am listening and
monitoring police radio and they are upset. These IDIOTS drove by a
few times to try to scare me that they would arrest me for so doing. A
few comments of "let's get him ourselves for them", "he is up lets do
it". In person they tell me that they are concerned for my health and
well being while all the time allowing me to be harassed, terrorized,
victimized, scared etc.
If the POLICE don't like me reporting on the internet and letting the
world know what is going on too damned bad. Since the POLICE REFUSE
to protect and serve especially when I have been asking for their help
for YEARS and they intentionally let me be attacked and only show up
knowing these pigs will hide from them and to be honest. CONCORD
POLICE ARE IN FULL KNOWLEDGE OF WHO THEY ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT THEM
AND HAVE TALKED IN PERSON AND ON PHONE TO THEM.
They have been asked to RESTRAIN them from me when this group 1st
started before I can get seriously hurt. I almost DIED a few times
from medical attacks and police refuse to do 1 thing.
CONCORD POLICE DISPATCH the other night finally ADMITTED HOW THE ROY
WNZLY (deliberate misspelling) FAMILY is behind all of this and
worried of realization. NOTICE FOR THE RECORD---- I--- asked police
for YEARS to stop this family from making problems and trouble before
anyone else. I have clearly PROVED HATE CRIMES AND CONSPIRACY only to
be ignored and referred to as 5150 etc.
For the RECORD once again, I am MEDICALLY DISABLED with MULTIPLE
MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
This situation is KILLING and HURTING ME and I have asked for help to
end all of these things from keeping happening and to be LEFT ALONE
and in PEACE and QUIET.
I am not supposed to be around much stress or stressful situations. I
have NEVER done anything illegal, wrong and or broke and codes etc.
I hear I am to be taken tomorrow or tonight as "he won't calm down"
gee I wonder why with all this illegal abuse from law enforcement and
neighbors.
Please COPY THIS POSTING and REPOST everywhere possible. Please call
news papers, Radio and Television NEWS stations and tell them to read
all post on this subject. Please notify police commissioners and other
law enforcement agencies. Please do and say everything to make things
known to every citizen of the free world and to make public knowledge.
