A driver was stuck in a traffic jam on the highway outside Washington , DC .
Nothing was moving. Suddenly, a man knocks on the window.

The driver rolls down the window and asks, “What’s going on?”

“Terrorists have kidnapped Congress, and they’re asking for a
$100 million dollar ransom. Otherwise, they are going to
douse them all in gasoline and set them on fire. We
are going from car to car, collecting donations.”

“How much is everyone giving, on average?” the driver asks.

The man replies, “Roughly a gallon.”

Congressmen are placed in office by hard working American voters, and
you think it would be funny to wipe them out completely?! That's a
direct threat to America. I want a 50,000 word explanation as to why
you shouldn't be hunted down and run through a stump grinder..

It's only a joke. Do you have no sense of humor. I've seen other versions
of
this same joke involving Clinton, Bush, and Obama. Congress is even less
popular than any of these presidents or ex-presidents.

The "rest of the world" is a set of missile targeting
co-ordinates archived in a computer inside Cheyenne
Mountain in Colorado. So fuck 'em.

"Hehehehee" indeed.

I am English. And if you said the same joke using our Parliament instead
of Congress I would find it just as funny.
