Description: Job Description: This individual will help manage the delivery of an entitlement repository as the golden source for entitlement policy management across the CFO application landscape. Individual will be the Project Manager (CFO C) as well as the test manager for an enterprise-level entitlement/security model best practice across multiple applications. Project Manager and Test Manager Role is to assist in the delivery of the foundation solution and system adoption. Foundation focuses on establishing a process for role-based entitlements to replace the multi-system entitlements commonly used today. Providing the ability to manage and authorize user privileges at a granular level. Adoption of new entitlements repository across existing systems in the FSI initiative Maintain and track the implementation plan/schedule for foundational and adoption streams Update periodically the management reporting status tool to indicate biweekly progress of the project. Coordinate testing efforts (functional and UAT) across the various groups representing consuming applications (Change and IT) as well as the foundational team (Change and IT) Work with the groups representing the adopting systems, core tool team, and foundational team in devising the adoption strategy for the program. Coordinate release management activities across the change groups adopting the entitlement service Overall Goal: Individual will be part of the Finance Data Control group, working on the Security Entitlements Repository program under FSI. The program aims to provide a foundation for a standard entitlements management repository based on Role Based Access Control (RBAC) for Product Control Systems. The Entitlements foundation is a strategic program to enable existing system adoption within the following year. Responsibility is to provide best practices solution through analysis of existing systems and determine potential 3rd party vendor solutions. 2013 Deliverable is the adoption of the chosen entitlements solution within existing systems Main Responsibilities: Multi task in fast paced environment Manage people strong persuasion skills Ability to facilitate Strong presentation skills including creating well executed executive management materials Experience with dependency collection and management Manage multi-disciplinary teams Additional Skills: Must work with Credit Suisse Managing Directors and Directors Quality Focused Proactive in approach with ample confidence to execute the strategy efficiently Well-polished Able to work at a detailed and executive level (macro/micro) Training & Experience: College degree Expert in Microsoft Project Proficient with Quality Center or other comparable test management tools Project Manager with 5-7 years experience Strong experience with change projects Equivalent to strong VP level Previous application security and Role based entitlements Experience
