Description:   Position- Sales and Recruitment - Account Manager

The Sales and Recruitment - Account Manager  will be accountable for the recruitment of new talent and to develop programs to retain, promote our recruiting and staffing services to companies nationwide. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the talent acquisition process from posting positions, determining best sourcing channels for candidates, coaching hiring managers/teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques, and selecting candidates in multiple functional disciplines.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

•     Identify and target 50 companies to sell our services to. Combination of current industry clients and prospects.

•     Cold call into companies decision makers to introduce our services

•     Present our services via web or in person to executive team

•     Source candidates through a variety of channels including internet mining, direct sourcing, internal transfer, resume data base search, networking, and campus recruitment. Proactively identify and recruit top talent in a highly competitive employment marketplace

•     Cultivate and develop strong working relationships with internal and external partners to enable the delivery of highly qualified candidates to the business in a timely manner

•     Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders on the progress of the searches and the candidate market.

•     Understand the needs of the business. Collaborate with business leaders to provide expertise and guidance.

•     Manage the Applicant Tracking System as the subject matter expert in the functionality of the technology

•     Drive optimum results improving quality of hire, cost-per hire, leveraging employee referrals and soliciting timely responses and engagement from all hiring managers.

•     Develop and integrate the employment brand through social media, job boards and all communications to ensure attraction of results oriented high performers. Manage the interview process through preparation of interview guides, panel interviews, employment checks and offer letters

•     Accountable for the initial prescreening of incoming resumes to ascertain the top talent is forwarded to department manager and/or client for assessment and interview determination

•     Select candidates with the hiring manager through collaboration using current interview methodologies and technical assessments while providing direction to the hiring manager

•     Verify that reference checks, drug test, background checks if applicable.

•     Partner with HR to create appropriate offer of employment to the selected candidate and present to the candidate

•     Assist in managing Internal Referral Bonus program

•     Evaluate the performance management process and work with HR to align it with organizational objectives

•     Ensure that all business activities are performed with highest ethical standards and in compliance within Calvary’s employee handbook.

Desired Skills & Experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

4 year degree or 5 plus years experience in technical recruitment and sales.

Experience:

•     Minimum 5 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e. compensation, employment law, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc.) in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

•     Minimum of five years experience in recruitment (blend of agency and corporate talent acquisition is ideal), preferably in engineering or high tech industry

•     Demonstrated success in sourcing for and filling complex, competitive, senior level roles.

•     Ability to work with Applicant Tracking Systems (HireDesk, Taleo, or similar)

Skills:

•     Advanced written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills

•     Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using time management and organizational skills

•     Defined sense of diplomacy including negotiating, conflict resolution, and ability to develop relationships

•     Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, automated applicant tracking systems, internet research skills are required.
