A MAJOR SOURCE OF PLAGIARISM FOR COMPOSING THE QURAN!

Indeed, the plagiarism was SO RAMPANT that Rabbi Katsch commented:

"Our present study shows A LARGE NUMBER OF REFERENCES IN THE QURAN TO PIRKE
ABOTH AND TO THE PSALMS, WHICH WOULD LEAD US TO THE CONCLUSION THAT MUHAMMAD
WAS AWARE OF THESE BOOKS since they were used reverently by the Jews in
Arabia."
Abraham I. Katsh, "Judaism and The Koran" (A. S. Barnes & Co., NY: 1962), p.
51.

"Many of the sayings and ideas in Suras two and three appear to be A REPLICA
OF PSALMS 104-108." Ibid., fn. 10.

The Quran itself ACKNOWLEDGES Muhammad's familiarity with the Psalms: Quran
21.105 (Yusuf Ali translation):

"Before this WE WROTE IN THE PSALMS, after the Message (given to Moses): 'MY
SERVANTS THE RIGHTEOUS, SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH.'"
The latter phrase repeats Psalms 37:29 (King James Version):
"The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever."

Here is a non-exhaustive compilation of material Muhammad cribbed from
Psalms . . . and then tried to "pass off" as "original" revelations from
Gabriel.

All references are from the Pickthal Translation of the Quran and the King
James Bible.

for people who reflect.
