I use the parameters as you describe. The correct server is found, but still
my external IP address is not returned.
The strange thing is that when I connect to some servers it will give the
correct address, but not when connecting to others.
When the IP address is not found any scripts used by any channels on the
server will categorize the setup to be incomplete and you will not get
voiced.
