Anybody notice that the add submit a site to Google no longer works?
http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl

Try it and you'll see what I mean. I wonder if they're no longer
accepting new sites via their submit form add url to google form or it's
just something temporary?

You're right it no longer works and here's the reason why:

Big companies can be so stupid some times. Remember the federal govt
anti-trust case against Microsoft some years ago? It cost Microsoft
billions of dollars and they lost the case. Well now here comes Google
following them in their foot steps. Google just came out with their own
web browswer (Google Chrome) to compete with Microsoft. The jerks just
disabled their submit your url page to google and now have it wraped
around their new web broswer so that you can only submit your site to
google search engine if you use their chrome web browser. That breaks
every anti-trust law in the books and it's even worse then what
Microsoft that got them into trouble. It seems the bigger they are the
stupider they get.

Works perfectly well for me, using IE8.

Same captcha, everything. Nothing different.

and even if they had changed it like that. It's THEIR search engine and
they can run it any damned way they please.
