Blog critique from an SEO standpoint and how can I get more links to it.

Hi, Here is my blog:

Its my first real blog, I use wordpress 'SEO all in one pack plug
in', which by the way I recommend. What can I do to improve it in
terms of SEO?

Also Ho can I get more links? Besides just content, which I try to
create in an interesting way. Can I create a page that will invite
links or something right up front to get people to link to this? such
as "link to my blog with this code" or some icon that hangs on bottom
of each post with an invitation?

what other things can be improved?

Get rid of all the duplicate content in the footer and put a Link to
