Hey ho.
Whats going on around these parts?
I've been away for a while but now the work is done and I may have a
little more "spare" time since midnight last night.
Re-Structured re-launched and now fishing to see how long it will take
to get back to the top of the heap.

Had a look at http://www.GymRatZ.co.uk . You have a lot of inline CSS
that could possibly be put in an external file, however, your CSS file
also seems to be quite large, with a lot of warnings. There is one
error where you have a table element in a p element - p is a block
element and cannot contain other block elements.

With javascript turned off, the submenus are not accessible. You can
probably do something about that with pure CSS, instead of relying on
javascript.
