Exactly... all digital information (regardless whether it's software,
music, a movie, a book, etc..) is free BECAUSE you can duplicate it
indefinitely, free from additional costs. That means you can't own, buy
or sell software, just like you can't own, buy or sell numbers between
1 and 10.
Eventually even the most vehement copyright fascists will retract their
head from their arse and acknowledge the advent of a new digital era
where information is shared freely.
