The whole point is that you don't upload to Pirate Bay, it is
a search engine, like Google points to web pages (which may
be copyright) but Google doesn't store them.
I can search for torrents on Google, is Google next to be
in court, for facilitating access to copyright images and
other copyright material.
Every image Google gives you access to is copyright
unless the photographer, and for that matter the writer
or musician has given permission.
Google is faciltating illegal access to copyright material
without permission of the copyright owner, lets have
them in court.
Then go after the other search engines starting with MS$.
An educational site was asked if their content could
be published in educational material. The material on,
and the website, carried a copyright footer.
Google is illegal and should be immediately served with
an injunction and shut down, how dare the give access
to torrent links? and oither copyright material?

Good point. The media really does twist the scenario, don't they?

It's not the media.
The fact is MPAA/ RIAA don't want to piss-off google, and get all their
links blocked, or re-directed to porn sites. <g>
