I'm trying to access a known web site, http://www.foodtv.com. When I try
to access it I get a message that says, Site Not Found - Make Sure Address
Is Correct And Try Again. I have tried and many times at that. What am I
doing wrong.

It's probably them, not you. Their upstream site is AOL, and AOL is always
horribly overloaded.
Just keep trying. Perhaps try at an earlier or later time of day.

I tested your link and everything appears ok. Perhaps you may have made
a typo when you were trying to access it eith your browser.
