Mr President,
During the Clinton Administration the was a Slaughter in Rwanda where the
Mass Murders were done by simple Plowshares, as the victims even begged the
US to use their Machine Guns, and mercifully Gun them down because they
feared dying by those plowshares worse.
Plowshares are all the Murders in Rwanda had, and Clinton and the US Turned
a blind Eye to the Slaughter.
Mr President,
You know that I was registered as a CID Informant, and that our mission was
to find our missing Weapons to keep them out of the hands of our Enemies.
Mr President,
Your Administration, says it knows about, but has also turned a blind Eye to
Massacres by the Rwandans directing and Arming Warlords in the Republic of
Congo, with Soviet Style Weapons. More than 4 Million People have been
Killed these past few Years, and Millions more displaced. This is greater
devastation and destruction of Human Lives than Iraq!
Mr President,
The Rwandans had no Soviet Style Weapons to commit Mass Murder with. Your
Administration Lost over 190, 000 Soviet Style Weapons in Iraq.
Mr President,
I respectfully request a copy of all the Serial Numbers, of the missing
Weapons, because I believe we have Located Some of them.
