My name is Dr. Erin Willer and I am professor at the University of
Denver studying compassionate care within the infertility patient-
healthcare provider relationship. I am looking for participants to
complete a survey regarding this topic. In order to qualify, you must
be a female or male, 18 or older, who has been treated for infertility
within the past 12 months.

When completing the survey, you will be asked to report on a time when
an infertility healthcare provider communicated with you in a
compassionate way, to report on your infertility doctor’s overall
compassion, to rate your feelings surrounding having a difficult time
conceiving and being treated, to rate your overall wellbeing, and to
complete some demographic items.

The survey will take approximately 25 minutes and you will be
compensated $15 for completing the entire survey.

If you choose to participate, your name and all of your information
will be kept confidential. If you are willing to participate, please
find the survey at

https://udenver.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_dd6LvjeoEJI7gA4

AND PLEASE PASS THE SURVEY LINK ON TO OTHERS WHO MAY QUALIFY!

Please contact Erin Willer at ewi...@du.edu or 303-871-4308 if you
have questions. The Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University
of Denver has approved this study. Thank you for your consideration!
