Unlike Coulter, they don't do hate speech, so nobody would be provoked
into doing that.

Times Building."

Go right ahead and throw stuff at Baldwin. And who really gives a
ratshit what any annonymous posters on Usenet might say?

Wasn't aware of it. Maybe they're related to some of the many people
Bush has killed.

Conservatives are willfully blind, deaf & dumb to the many crimes
against humanity being committed by the people in power whom they
support so strongly.

That's far worse than being a hypocrite. That's more like being a Nazi.

You brought up the poor comparisons of Baldwin and Franken. While they
may have made an unfortunate remark or two on occasion, Coulter has
built her entire career on hate speech and making as many stupid and
offensive comments as she possibly could.

Apparently you did. I've used it sparingly and the analogy was quite
astute.

Yeah look at these examples of Ann Coulter hate speech-
----
oh wait - these are quoyed from *liberals* !!! Oops, my mistake!
---

As in years past, Republicans were almost routinely associated with
Nazi Germany. Former Vice President Al Gore referred to GOP activists
as "brown shirts." Newsday columnist Hugh Pearson likened the
Republican National Convention to the "Nazi rallies held in Germany
during the reign of Adolf Hitler." Linda Ronstadt said that the
Republican victory on Election Day meant "we've got a new bunch of
Hitlers." Chuck Turner, a Boston city councilor, smeared National
Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice as "a tool of white leaders," like "a
Jewish person working for Hitler."

That is why there was no uproar when Cameron Diaz declared that rape
might be legalized if women didn't turn out to vote for John Kerry. Or
when Walter Cronkite told Larry King that the videotape of Osama bin
Laden that surfaced just before the election was "probably set up" by
Karl Rove. Or when Alfred A. Knopf published Nicholson Baker's
"Checkpoint," a novel in which two Bush-haters talk about assassinating
the president. "I'm going to kill that bastard," one character rages.

Bill Moyers warned a television audience on Election Day that if Kerry
won narrowly, "I think there'd be an effort to mount a coup, quite
frankly. . . . The right wing is not going to accept it." Chevy Chase,
hosting a People for the American Way awards ceremony at the Kennedy
Center in Washington, slammed Bush as "an uneducated, real, lying
schmuck." A cartoon by the widely syndicated Ted Rall described Pat
Tillman, who gave up his NFL career to enlist in the Army and was then
killed in Afghanistan, as a "sap" and an "idiot."

So many examples, so little space. A political flier in Tennessee,
depicting Bush as a mentally disabled sprinter, bore the message:
"Voting for Bush is like running in the Special Olympics. Even if you
win, you're still retarded."

But when Jesse Jackson explicitly likened the proposals of the new
majority to Nazism and apartheid -- "If this were Germany, we would
call it fascism. If this were South Africa, we would call it racism" --
there wasn't even a ripple of disapproval. Julianne Malveaux, a radio
host and USA Today columnist, caught no flak when she prayed aloud for
the death of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. "I hope his wife
feeds him lots of eggs and butter and he dies early like many black men
do, of heart disease," she snarled on PBS.

General Jerry Boykin's views of Islam and the war on terrorism, "I
hope he's not long for this world." When the startled host asked if she
were "putting a hit out on this guy," Totenberg backtracked and said
she only wanted to see him expire "in his job."

But this isn't the first time the NPR diva has publicly wished death on
a conservative. "I think he ought to be worried about what's going on
in the Good Lord's mind," she said of Senator Jesse Helms in 1995,
"because if there is retributive justice, he'll get AIDS from a
transfusion, or one of his grandchildren will."

Coulter-geist does whatever it is she does for a living. It's not
"speaking" or "debating" or "arguing". It's maniacal performing. An act
that unfortunately many buy into. She pedals packaged "hate" and
misinformation. Some audiences are receptive. Some are not. More and more
are bored by her vituperativeness and propensity for skewing the truth.
Some do overreact to it rather than simply ignore her so she'll go away.

So, OH, you don't see now. That there are some that engage in extreme
rhetoric neither justifies nor excuses the constant barrage of bile-spewing,
banal bullshit in which she engages.

Which is something Heir Annie objects to. Anyone who disagrees with her,
she says "is unAmerican and should be charged with treason", yet that
statement alone, should have her arrested for treason.

To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are
to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and
servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.

Teddy was a very wise man. Here's another very wise quote from another
TRUE American patriot - something Bush most certainly is not.

I think you meant "Herr Annie" but that is incorrect - in your lame
