Step 1 -- write "Impeach Obama" in black marker across your
forehead.
Step 2 -- wrap a rope around your neck and tie it securely.
Step 3 -- wrap the other end of the rope around the rear
bumper of your vehicle, take up all slack, and tie it
securely.
Step 4 -- instruct a friend to drive your vehicle for
several miles at a high rate of speed.
