Beating a baby, by DCF foster "carer."

The same foster carer blamed these injuries on
the kids' real mother, under oath, in court, orchestrated
by one of Blumenthal's Assistant Attorneys General,
William Wholean:

Ya see. We're not exaggerating about what goes
on in this state.

That baby has no cafe au lait spots. It was an *old*
bruise. "Old" in a 4 month old baby. How's *THAT*
for insane? *YOU* pay for it, folks.

I've seen a ton of cafe au lait spots, since my sister
and two of her kids have Neurofibromatosis and one
has both autism & neurofibromatosis.

My sister denies it, since she does not want
the DCF to take her kids away, although she's
obviously totally covered with neurofibromas.

There's no hiding it.

DCF looks for any reason at all to take your kids away,
especially if they have a cognitive disability, because that
way the State can charge the federal government
$150,000 per year, per kid.

That's why the first thing DCF asks in their
call-in line is if a kid is "SPECIAL NEEDS?"

They zoom right over and snag the kid, if the
answer is even REMOTELY, yes. The they
kid is drugged into oblivion, because DCF knows
nothing about any medical needs. DCF is only
hooked up with DMHAS and not the CT Department
of Health, although the DPH would be no improvement
since they're as retarded as the DCF.

STAY OUT OF CONNECTICUT.

Kathleen
