Some questions about the status of modern humanity's mass public technology

1. Have you invented optical touch-screens yet? Not the kind that is a
projection of an image upon a plane of water molecules suspended in a
ultrasonic field, but the kind that is a grid of microcells that
discerns where your fingers are and whether they're intending a
"click" or are merely passing by via optical sensors.

2. Have you worked out the invisibility cloak yet? I'm about to give
it to you in a nutshell - one form of it, at least. Your
miniaturization skills were inadequate last time I attempted conveying
this information to you, perhaps now you are up to the task of at
least a primitive form of semi-invisibility.

3. What new technologies have emerged to the public consciousness this
year, 2009?

Okay, those are my questions. Next I will be posting instructions on
how to fabricate at least one form of invisibility cloak. It'll take a
moment to get it all typed up, and of course you're as free as ever to
dismiss it as the kookery it most surely must seem to be. :-)
