convicted, but Goliath was once again defeated by the pebble of
Truth as evidenced by their throwing me out of their jail after
threatening me with 35 years in prison.

The sham court proceedings lacked the nexus to link such fictitious
strawman to this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural
Man who stands as Secured Party/Creditor and holds supreme claim over
the Strawman, In other words, "all the Kings horses and all the Kings
men" failed to prove Jurisdiction over me , thus negating any prior
government claim they man have previously had as creditor over the
commercial debts of the defendant.

presumed by the court to be appearing in the diminished capacity of a
Ward of the State, in other word a slave of the State..

are thus being held UNLAWFULLY, just as I was by the STATE OF OREGON
and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, until the question of the Court's
JURISDICTION has been established in writing and accompanied by an
affidavit from the Sentencing Judge.
rk: The Sovereign People are the Government, not the servants hired
to carry out the will of the Sovereign People. America has been
hijacked by It'sservant politicians and judges.

rk: A better question is WHY ARE THEY NOT ARRESTING Shaun Kranish or
myself for that matter, for communicating or associating with such
apparent "Color of the Law" created FELONS. Could it be they would
have to answer the question of JURISDICTION, and thus be exposed as
the real criminals operating in America?
