When you're on 100Mb like what I is, they only worry between Noon and
Midnight - which is a bit daft big horse that's when everybody wants to
watch steaming TV etc.

If I want to do a large download, I do it from around 00:30 and 04:00.
They don't seem to mind that. It actually runs at 100Mb most of the time
then as well.

What all ISPs and teh Cisco Kid ought to do of course, is to increase
the infrastructure so that it can handle all the demand that's put on
it, rather than go round or any other shape sending people silly e-mails
and letters telling them off for using their connection as anyone would
reasonably expect to be able to use it.

They're far too cheapskate to do that though.

Later during the Korean conflict, when you're lot ordered our RAF to
massacre innocent refugees by strafing and bombing them just to get the
roads clear, we'd have thrown that knowledge away if the whole thing
hadn't been so efficiently hushed up!!

And the resulting Hollywood propaganda film was lies from start to
finish as well, and by that time, we knew the truth so it had no effect!

So although your lot helped us during WW2, for which we're obviously
grateful, you've not really done that much to crow about since!
