the last time i got bummed by customs was when i got nicked importing the DAWN OF THE DEAD DEFINITIVE EDITION and they fucked me for import duty....and that was from PLAY.COM i have never had a disc confiscated to this day...do they realy bother unless you try to import something that LIFSHINE would be intrested in. i think customs have bigger fish these days than policing images other than fake gore and pretend rape.

you FILTHY COALMINING PERVERT.
to be honest all you need to keep an eye out for is the stuff that you can get on play for £2.99 that they will charge £20 for....those BACON NIGGERS are a bit behind the times but they dont cut their films.

A nasty little piece of legislation called "The Dangerous Pictures Act" could see you flung in jail for possessing a number of Joe D'Amato or Jess Franco flicks that mix sex and violence togethor.
Some guy recently got fined just for having a few dodgy images on his mobile phone.
Welcome to the UK where bad taste is now officially a crime (theyre also going to be banning sexually expicit cartoons shortly, so dont go sending any of those "adult" simpsons joke cartoons to your mates).

its a joke...you know if someone is a sick fuck or who simply has a sick fucking sense of humor... i cant imagine you can buy anything from that site that hasnt stood the test of time...most of it even the soft porn is regarded as works of 70s art. if they were selling kiddie porn or such like then fair enough...what makes me laugh is that most people DUE to liking horror or exploitation has A BETTER undestanding of what is right and wrong....far from being moraly corrupted...thats the point of the genre.
lets go back to LET THE RIGHT ONE IN there was a breif shot of a supposedly 12 year old girls vaginal area....yet mark kermode and other criticts are hailing this as a work of ART. the difference is ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE A WANK?
you ARE RESPONSABLE FOR WHAT YOU WATCH AND YOUR REACTIONS.

Mostly unrelated--does it seem like there were quite a few eurosleaze movies from the 70's where some one thought it was 'art' to put naked 11-12 year old boys and girls in front of a camera? Seems like I've seen at least two or three like that whilst browsing CG. Is there something about snorting cocaine that makes you think pubescent kids need to be tossed naked in front of a camera? What the hell was the deal back then?

ive no idea...probably just the same as smashing up monkeys because you could simply get away with it.... now you would expect LIFSHINE to put a case foreword here for the case of BUMMING UNDERAGE BOYS ON SCREEN...it just goes to show he just simply SPAMS THE PLACE UP with his self publicity and doesnt really read this newsgroup whatsoever. i bet anus is exactly the same....he will only read follow ups to the threads he posts instead of constructively being involved in any group.

I agree, the problem is that MPs don't and think that people who circumvent their antiquated obscene publications act should be criminalised. What is legal elsewhere is not legal here as far as they're concerned and now this law is on the statute books we have a dangerous precedent in place which police and customs can interpret as they see fit!
Would have been a better idea if they looked at WHY these films are perfectly legal in other countries, instead of trying to maintain their antiquated legislation by other means.

maybe they have nothing better to do than make nasty films / images illegal. after all its not as if they have any peadophile rings, drug pushers or illegal immegrants to worry about is there.

there will always be sad fuckers saying "oh you cant watch that....ive seen it and its horrible"...like i said i just dont know how the hell they can stop it....they can go take a flying fuck. dont get me wrong if a film pops up featuing some old lady being raped and beaten for real then that does need acting on...just dont show charlie sheen a copy of OVER 40 AND FILTHY.
