I have read about insulating paint a couple of times.
It is said to have ceramic hollow microspheres in it
and to add the equivilent of R20 insulation.

Has anyone used it????? What did you think???
Worth the $$$'s?????

E-mail or post please

thanks

My next door neighbor painted his house with the stuff - light green. It
streaked and faded quite quickly and looked horrible within a few years. He
said it was expensive. I dont know about the insulation claims, but R20
sounds kind of excessive from a thin layer of anything.

That's the problem I have, some verification of validity for the claims
they have. Here's a site-

I checked the link above. They have three pages they call "Reports", which
are nothing more than people telling nice stories. There is no report, no
test results, no data of any kind. As we might expect, they are selling
paint, and oh yes, they are looking for dealers.
