Basement seeping, no rain for two weeks

Apologies in advance - I'm sure this has been asked & asked, but 2800+ hits on basement and roof is a bit overwhelming. Old house, roof needs replacement - tabs coming off during high winds, hope to do this this fall after refi. Wet spring (2nd wettest on record for area) and first time for water in basement. Tile Grout Cleaner

I used the usually available tile cleaners from the big box stores to clean tile and grout, I am not satisfied with the results. Please recommend a grout cleaner. Grout has been sealed, is two years old, dirt is from the usual normal traffic in the bathrooms and kitchen, light beige in color. tia

I have a puzzling problem. When I select "Cool" on my thermostat, the central fan does not come on, and so, while the air conditioner outside runs, it quickly freezes, as there is no air movement. I have two 24w x 16deep 2/12pitch roof segments done with a layer of appx 15yr old modified bitumen/torch-down. One each on front and back of my 24' wide home. electric burner won't work. 35 y/o GE range, ceramic 'socket'

I tested it with a circuit tester and it was getting power, but the burner element (pretty new) won't get warm. I noticed when I looked closely at the left side of the ceramic socket, the metallic parts that 'grip' the lead for the burner element seemed to be spread extra wide..meaning they wouldn't grip the lead very well. We have orange peel finish on the walls. I bought a can of orange peel spray on at Home Depot. Is there a special way to apply this? I did take it outside and practiced on cardboard and it looked o.k. Then I sprayed a spot on my wall where I had filled a fairly large hole with spacklin compound and smoothed it off.
