I am running atlantic technology seakers in my HT. Lately, I am
experiencing an internal rattle on certain frequencies in the signal.
Any clues other than the obvious that something is lose or blown. I
don't overdrive the unit and it's less than a year old.

It is likely that something internal is vibrating against the
driver basket. It could be a wire. It could also be a voice-coil
rubbing at the excursion limits or possibly a loose box brace
that is creaking under the internal pressure.

I suggest you get with AT on this. They are a good outfit (I
reviewed their System 270 in a recent issue of The Sensible
Sound) and their customer-service people should be able to give
you some guidance on your problem. Probably, it can be handled
under warranty, so I advise against trying to do any repairs
yourself, unless they authorize it. Their phone or email number
should be included somewhere in the literature that came with
your speakers.
