Hanging Projector from Unistrut Ceiling with Drywall.

I have a drywall ceiling that is supported with unistrut. Was
planning to cut hole in ceiling to mount projector but need to be able
to support the mount without having anything to screw directly to.
Rails run parallel and are 16 inches apart with a break every five
feet. What kind of support should I try and how big a hole will I
need to cut and then repair? Seems like if I insert projector support
and extend arms to fit within the 16 inch dimension, I would be good.
