Blu Ray & DVD vs.CD Player

ray player that will be as good playing CD's as it will be for DVD's
and Blu Ray discs, or will I need to purchase a separate CD player? I
am not sure whether the quality components built into a $1000 blu ray
player will also be as good for CD's? Any opinions or suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.

If you use the D/A converter in your receiver/amp/processor, then I'm

Put it this way. It's highly unlikely you would hear any difference
in a fair, which is to say, level-matched and double blind, comparison.

After I bought my Mitsubishi DVD player back in 04? I could hear a
noticeable difference between it, my Yamaha, and Sony CD players.
The Mits sounds the best of the 3.
