United Kingdom: Scottish Independence.
Belgium: Breakup into two regions based on language, except where they
aren't.

Canada is no longer on this list?

Turns out the territory lost when PEI has its unexpected independence
movement in the 2020s is more than balanced by the territories Canada
picks up elsewhere.

And the rest.

First, there's the complications of Northern Ireland, on which I'm not
qualified to comment, but the unionists are going to have a hard time.

Scottish independence will secure the Conservative hold on England, which
will drive more and more bits out the door.

It really wouldn't surprise me to see Wales follow in preference to being
stuck with a Tory government in London for the indefinite future - and
the North of England might well want out too, though that would be a lot
harder to achieve constitutionally.

For that matter, the South of England might want out. I don't think it's
likely; but I never would have considered the possibility of Russia
leaving the Soviet Union.

I expect Canada will hold together so long as the US is the major North
American power.
