attack on Hispaniola.
I had to shout up this one, seeing as I did dismally in other areas of
the quiz.
cheers, Alex
Well in the last quiz I set almost everyone got 9/10 so I decided to set
this one a bit harder. I hope I didn't go too far though.
Still look out after Christmas for British Heroes and Heroines AFTER
Culloden!
Paul
Expect a fat null points from the Salford jury then... :-(
Cheers, Alex
Just out of interest, why did you choose Culloden.....it was only really a
major turning point in history within the Highlands......or was there no
real particular reason for choosing it?

I imagine it was because it was the last major battle fought in Britain.

On time, on budget, or works;
Pick any two from three
I realised half way into setting the quiz that before the traditional 10
questions were up I would not have reached anywhere near WWII, so I cut it
off at the last full pitched battle fought on land in the British Isles.
BTW, apologies to all about the multiple posts, I can't seem to get my
newsreader to work properly anymore, it may be time for a reinstall!
Paul
Seems logical enough right enough :-)
Allan
Sept or clan areas??? Something no-one could ever prove right enough.
However I suspect you are a 1000 years out and you mean tribal areas.
Allan
In fact I gather it
