I have a couple of scarabs that have inscribed with what I belive is a old Egypt markings but I think they are fakes, if I post them when should I post the pictures ? Can anyone point me to the right place ?

In front of the Dream Stele and between the paws of the Great Sphinx, there exists what appears to be a stone table of some sort. Can anyone elaborate on either the name of this or perhaps what significance it held in ancient Egypt? Many thanks.
