I know this topic has come up before. This is the possible logo my sister in
law the artist and my wife have developed. Let's here some input. I know they
can make whatever is wanted. Let's get the constructive ideas flowing and make
this happen. I can take the logo put any text around it / below / above it and
make a T-shirt. I was thinking logo on the back with alt.hi-po.BBFM below so
people can find the NG and TS # along with nickname on the front. I could also
put Thundersnakes or Thundersnake around the top on the back of the shirt.
Let's hear the ideas I'm sure many of you have. I invested over $3500 to date
in equipment and need to reclaim some of my current huge loss ;-).

Well, I hope you don't expect to get rich off this job...

In any case, here's what's happening. A few months ago several of us
here discussed in general what the logo should kinda look like, but we
had no artists that could step forward with examples. Recently, Chad
(#2) had a friend of his pencil up an initial sketch that he forwarded
to me. It is evident this person can deliver a Snake with 'Tude, so we
are running the changes and refinements past him. Since this has
already been discussed before, we decided not to rehash it in the
group, but just work on it via email.

The possibility of giving you the first shot at printing this stuff
has been discussed also. I suggest at this point that you first contact
Chad to go over whatever technical info there is involving the
transition from artist concept to whatever your machinery needs. When
we get the basic design finalized we can ask the Snakes here where on
the shirt they want this or that. At the moment, the idea of putting
the newsgroup name on it is up in the air. Members here must ponder
whether they want to explain what "alt.hi-po etc." is to everyone that
asks, or whether the "Thunder Snake" name itself is sufficient to evoke
curiosity from the mere mortals who are fortunate to behold its glory.

You also need to contact me concerning the non-technical issues
involved, and of course you are welcome to submit a design from your
end.

That's it for now!

Of course not. I just want to get some samples and references to help launch
this business. I've got 2.5 years to make it profitable ;-).

Will do. It's pretty easy actually.

Well I posted the link I forgot last night. I'll drop you a line later. I
have to go back to work and defend the snow covered Pacific NW from bad guys.

The snake needs to be sawing a bowtie in half with the tip of his tail or
something- it needs something more than what's there....anybody else?
