I get an itchy rectum most days. Sometimes more noticeable in the
morning. As far as I can tell from looking at my stool, I don't have
pin worms. What else could cause this type of symptom?

Wash after every shit.
I have to do the same thing or I itch. I dont have worms, but do get
hemmorids if I dont wash. I know, there are times you cant wash with
real water, so carry a pack of those moist wipes.
