I'd strongly advise you all to READ EVERY WORD of the above postings
and also EVERY COMMENT made about the postings and then decide for
yourself.....

but REMEMBER THIS...

01) Under 1952 Hypnotism Act you can face a £1,000 Fine...

02) Breaking the Hypnosis Conditions of Licensing Act 2003 could lead
to a £10,000 fine and/or six months imprisonment for some involved and
ultimately mega bad press and litigation agains the hypnotist....

03) KEN WEBSTER has issued a statement (see posting above) confirming
that my concerns are correct and that these ill trained UNI|NSURED and
UNLICENSED wannabe hypnotists are both potentially dangerous whilst
also being ILLEGAL....

04) NUmerous UK Councils have issued statements (see above links)
confirming this to be correct and that THE UK STREET MAGIC HYPNOTIST'S
are ILLEGAL - UNLICENSED AND UNINSURED...

I'd say that also makes them wholly UNETHICAL and IRRESPONSIBLE...

Bt hey what do you expect when your sold a product (say Plastic Book
or DVD) which does not cver UK LAWs....
