Have there yet been any studies which have used modern
physics to demonstrate the existence of chi/ki/prana
(bioenergetics) and/or chakras, meridians and auras?

Hard to say. They've discovered any number of very weird things in modern
physics, but obviously they wouldn't mention qi in connection with any of
them, even if it seemed halfway relevant. Not dignified. There are the
various Kirlian photography experiments, of course, but those are certainly
good, bad and indifferent (but mostly bad).
