I think I am the first this morning.
Cloudy start which will thicken as the day goes on bringing rain getting
heavy as the day goes on in the SE.
Gales possible on south coast later. Temperature 9蚓 (48蚌) with W wind at 9
mph. Does not sound nice does it?

I hope the weather is better elsewhere.

I have popped-in early as I had a query I have put in UPS for a wider
audience.

Good morning Pam - yes I have, I popped in UPS as I think there are more
that live nearer London than in Happy Valley. My daughter is having
propblems with that supplier and wondered if there were others she could
choose from.

A cloudy morning and does not look at all nice here, I hope it is better for
you.
Have a good day.

Good morning Jackie and all.
Clear blue skies and a sunny start here, to a day that is forecast to turn
cold, wet and windy. The current temperature is 5 C (41 F), with a RH of
87% and a SL pressure of 1002 mbar.

Without any doubt you are clearly the first one in here today, Jackie.
I hope your neck continues to improve and you have a good day.

Good morning Jackie, it was good to read in your posts last night that
you felt so much better.

A cloudy start here with a mainly dry day forecast although there will
be a few occasional showers. The temperature is 7.3C (45.1F), RH 78% and
pressure 998 millibars. Tonight there could be a frost as the expected
temperature is zero. :_( The forecast for your area looked unpleasant
last night although they weren't sure at the time exactly where the
heaviest rain would fall.

I hope you have another restful day and a good one. :-)

Good morning Bri, it is cloudy here and will remain so until evening
when it'll become clear and cold enough for frost. At least they're very
happy in the Cairngorms to have an extended period of snow for the
skiing tourists.

All that rain battering on the windows in the high winds yesterday only
amounted to 3.3mm! It always seems worse when the wind is that strong.

I hope you have a good day and stay warm and dry indoors. :-)

Good morning Bri - I definitely did beat everyone this morning. I often
wake-up early but thought I would get-up early this morning. It feels very
chilly today I should have put my night storage on last night. I will just
have to put on lots of layers today. I do not think I will be going anywhere
with the awful weather that is forecast.
Thank you my aches and pains are very much less today.

Seems this wet and windy weather is going to affect most of us today but
keep warm, a curry would be good today.

Good morning Bernadette - thank you I am feeling much better today, I just
wish the weather was better too.
Seems we are to get heavy rain and gales later today - I don't think I will
go anywhere.
I would think this must be the coldest May - will we have a good summer to
make-up for it??

Keep warm and dry and I hope Dan does not mind the weather.

The slightest of breezes makes it not too hot. It's 13.5°C out there so

As it happens the PKs have just this minute taken effect and I feel

Good morning Froggie - Quite honestly I think I might even go back to bed -
it is so cold here even the cat has found a warm corner to sleep in. Blessed
storage heaters you need to put them on overnight and I forgot to put mine

I had a query about SE London so that is why I posted in UPS, I thought

Good morning FN. You enjoy that warmer weather then, it's very windy
here and not much sunshine about.

You have a good day too. :-)

Good morning Bernadette, it's been solid sunshine all morning for us so
far, but only 13 C. The forecast sounds horrendous for later and for
tomorrow.

Good day so far Bernadette, thank you, being busy keeps me warm enough in
the morning and it'll be CH time again this afternoon, I fear. :(

Good morning Jackie, you certainly were an early bird today.
It's not good to be cold, Jackie, I think you may need those extra layers
before your storage heaters come on. It's good to hear those aches and
pains are easing.

A curry is always good but our next planned one is Thursday, if the plan
works how it should. :)

We've still got the sun ;-)
But 20 mins ago the so & so PK dose started to give up. Can't take
another now cos it's time to go for dinner. Still, there's only a little
walking and the exercise will either do me good or kill me - if you
don't hear from me again you'll know it was the latter .. LOL

> It is indeed thanks Pam. ((hug))

Pleased to hear that :-)
Oh, suddenly I feel as though I might live after all - it was the hug
that did it ;-)

Not too bad at all, a few spits and spats of rain but nothing lasting (yet)

It's been mainly dry here with just the odd quick shower but not enough to
wet the ground fully.
