Good morning Froggie - A cloudy morning at 52F (11C) with a 13 mph WSW
wind.
Forecast a cloudy day with some bright spells with isolated showers. Breezy.
The wind gets stronger as the day goes on.

A w&s day, I am not going to Tesco - not carrying anything heavy so having
it delivered.

I hope you have a good day and that your computers are working well.

Good morning Froggie, a bright start here with a forecast of heavy
showers and gale force winds for later. The temperature is 6.1C 43F, RH
85% and pressure 1006 millibars.

Rob is off to the eye hospital in a few moments for his big set of check
ups using eye drops and the works so Emily is driving him there and
back. I shall get on in the house.

Have a good day yourself. :-)

Good morning Jackie, a bright start but with heavy showers and gale
force winds forecast. It is a bit cooler at just over 6 degrees C.

I hope the pain in your neck has eased some more this morning, it's wise

I hope you have a good day and a comfortable one. :-)

Good morning Bri, bright and sunny here for the moment but cooler at
only 6C. It looks rather nasty later on as gale force winds are forecast
with snow on the hills again.

A W&S day here too until Rob gets back from the eye hospital, I think
he'll be away most of the morning.

Have a good day. :-)

The sky was blue went we entered and it was blue came out, but everywhere

Marg pointed out that the 300 g jars of Nescafe were priced at 4 per jar

still pick up the smaller jars without checking.

We're dry, like that rain forecast place showed.
It had rain travelling across north and south of us but left us in the
middle with no rain at all.
And that's how it's been even though 5 minutes ago we had some nasty
sounding thunder.
The sky to the north of us is at present pitch black but we're in
blazing sunshine.
It's 14.2C out there and with enough breeze for it not to feel too hot.

The weather is changing rapidly today.
The sun came out here and we decided to mow the lawns, quickly.
Within 2 minutes of finishing and putting the mower away it was pouring
down. The sun is out again now and the wind is raging.

Our temperature peaked at 14 C exactly, but it's down to 11 C ATM.

I'm sure you are right, I'm a stickler for checking which deal is actually
the cheapest and one of my pet gripes is that very often the larger size
works out more expensive whereas it always used to be the best deal.

Good evening Bri, it didn't get above 7.2C all afternoon and has been
very windy with some heavy downpours interspersed with brilliant
sunshine - it has felt cold all day.

We had very good news from the hospital, thank you Bri. The specialist
is pretty sure that Rob doesn't have glaucoma as there is no sign of it
all, she thinks he just has high tensions in his eyes as apparently some
people do. Because his Dad had glaucoma she wants him to continue to use
the eye drops as a precautionary measure and they don't want to see him
again for a year. They have been particularly good at the hospital
checking him at six weekly intervals when the erratic tensions were
first noticed, then stretching it to 3 and then 6 months :-)

Good evening Froggie, it's been strong winds, downpours and then
brilliant sunshine here today. Not nice on the beach though so Dan and I
didn't stay long as the sand was blowing around quite violently.

It was good news from the hospital as it seems Rob still has no sign of
glaucoma but does have naturally high tensions in his eyes.I have heard
of other people with that so his check ups have now been set at 12
monthly. The check ups and eye drops are recommended as a precautionary
measure as his Dad did have the disease.

I didn't overdo it today, just a good sort out in the kitchen and the
floor cleaned thoroughly.

I hope you've had a good day and the rain didn't disrupt your plans too
much. :-)

Good evening Bernadette.
That is indeed good news for you both. I didn't know what eye tests Rob
was attending the hospital for, but now that I do I can appreciate your
anxiety. The outcome could have been different and today's news must be a
big relief for Rob, and yourself too.

Today's weather has been a real mixed bag, ranging from a calm day with
warm sunshine to cold raging winds and rain. The temperature has been up
and down too, though not as low as yours. It's changed just like that in
the last 10 minutes, currently calm and sunny.

Enjoy a relaxed evening now, probably with a glass of something a little
special to celebrate Rob's news.

There has been some gusty winds here too and a couple of quick downpours
which have cleared and dried up as quickly as they came.

Good evening Bernadette - Tha nk you My neck and shoulder are feeling a;most
back to normal
but I have had another lazy day just to make sure.

I see later that Rob has been to the eye hospital and everything is good -
that must be such a relief.

The wind has been very blustery again with some showers this evening, they
forecast heavy rain for tomorrow!!

I hope you have had a nice easy evening.

go out in it, whatever it is. She's definitely an indoors Moggie.
