Dear ebay:
The buyer (kealakekua_hawaii) tricked your system and the sellers by waiting for the 59 days to arrive to leave his untruthful feedback in order to stop the seller from responding to his bad comment. Ebay, you spoiled the buyers so much, every seller said this, remember without sellers you can't be in business neither. More people will be afraid to sell! Not only you+paypal took 16 - 20% after all fees applied, now buyers also tried to cheat sellers.
I think you should provide a way for sellers to defend their positions even after 60 days, follow-up should never expire! He did me wrong twice!! He received my item but wanted to get extra "hard-to-find parts" freely! The post office said they do not normally mark all 3 boxes to show item was missing/opened, (kealakekua_hawaii) is believed to be the person who marked all 3 boxes the post office said. The post office wanted to look at his box, he refused to deal with the post office and he lelft me this untruthful comment:
"Small envelope arrived opened but no evidence large sharp parts had been in it."
