It seems to me that most hams I had QSOs with have little or no curiosity other than my name, location, rig, antenna system. warbling digital mode

OK I'm on rtty...and psk 31. but i hear a 'warbling' sound in the region where these modes are used and don't know what it is. anyone clue me in? thanks much
