detailing cab speakers

Took apart a 4x12 cab face (metal mesh) and vacuumed the speakers.
First I though something had happened, saw white in there. Mr.
Busybody Spider doing free joyrides, but they needed it anyway. Can't
think of anything liquid I want to put on the cones, centres, or
otherwise the rubber throw-cushion to the outside cone circumference
(held down my metal mounting rings). Greenbacks once in black whose
lower half portions have turned grayish shades of non-newness.
Wild guess when re-coned if needed, reconditioned cones and all
inside, ready for sale for a new-looking set, they've been painted.
