The t-shirt is made of tissue paper though ... just get the DVD .
Joe is truly a blues/rock legend.
I heard a cut from this last night (I think)... the Clapton tune he
did with Clapton. Bonamassa gushed about being on stage with Clapton
as the best moment of his life or something akin to that. He's a
monster blues player; that's for sure.
There are clips of stuff on utube ... EC's chops were tired,
and had no bite ... Joe took it easy on the old fart. I was
disappointed he left out Heartaches_4_Nickels though.
He's got so much good material to play, it's hard to play 'em all, I
guess. It killed me when he left out "Bridge To Better Days" last
time I saw him, but his shows are amazing. Maybe a little too
short...that's my only knock on him. He could easily do a 2 1/2-3 hr
show and not even blink, but for some reason he keeps them between 90
min & one hour & 45.

I was at that concert. Do they include the couple of songs where Eric
Clapton comes out onstage?
at least this one

although the duet with Clapton is good, I liked his performance at
North Sea Jazz festival better:

It's almost as if he's holding back for good old Clapton.
Cheers,
C.
I love joe's playing but that's BS about holding back...would YOU?? lol
True, I'd give my good old mate Eric the chance to catch up ;-)
