thicker strings/intonation?

I'm switching from a set of 10 strings to 11's on a Strat (supposed to
sound better for blues), should I expect to adjust the intonation by
making the strings longer (tightening the screws)?

I've used .009's to .012's and never had to adjust intonation because of it.

Thicker strings require more tension on the neck, so the neck may bend
slightly, raising this action. This affects the intonation, but if you
(carefully) tighten the truss rod to compensate, the intonation may
come back to where it was. Compare the fretted note to the harmonic
note on the 12th and 19th frets of each string and adjust the length
at the bridge. A guitar tuning with a "cents" scale comes in handy
here.
