roxy music chords

Hello I've seen the film 'Flashbacks of a fool' which I though was pretty
good. About half of it is set around 1973 and features the Roxy Music song
'If there is something' which I thought was wonderful.
I'd like to know the chord sequence used in the final part of the song. I've
searched the internet but it appears to be a pretty obscure track.

It's the final section of the song with the lyrics:-
"Shake your hair girl with your ponytail
Takes me right back (when you were young)
Throw your precious gifts into the air
Watch them fall down (when you were young)
Lift up your feet and put them on the ground"

I'm hoping that some musical person with perfect pitch can listen to it and
tell me.
I'm after the chords as in Em F#7 etc rather than a guitar tab.
