New Steel Guitar Forum

I've added a BBS-style message base for the discussion of steel-related
topics to my Web page. This is intended to be a positive and supportive
environment for steel guitarists at all levels of proficiency. I believe
that this forum can provide more focused discussions than the
alt.guitar.lap-pedal newsgroup, because interesting messages will not be
lost amid all the noise that plagues Usenet.

Messages in the Steel Guitar Forum will last much longer than newsgroup
messages, so we won't have to keep replying to the same questions over and
over. Hopeful AOL users will be able to participate through the AOL
browser (though I've heard that it has problems with some Web sites).

At any rate, all steel guitarists are welcome to read and participate in
this new
