Which Jim would that be? The one that you've now REPEATEDLY mis-identified?

What a tool.

I post anonymously because of data mining. I think that's why most
people do it.

"In effect, the bill is an online stalker's dream
<http://www.tecca.com/news/2011/02/08/facebooks-mark-zuckerberg-obtains-restraining-order-against-stalker/>.
Of course, the most likely result of the bill's passage would just be
the full-scale elimination of all comment systems everywhere, because
the system is an unworkable burden on both the poster and the "web site
administrators" who would need to respond to ludicrous take down
requests at all times of the day."

I'd rather put up with all the trolls than have a full disclosure
requirement.

This bill would take a lot away from free discussion.

Why doesn't this guy first end the anonymous holding of bills by the
New York Senate? That would be much more beneficial to society than
trying to shut up ordinary people.

The internet exposes you to every mentally unstable and possibly
predatory person that has a computer and internet access.
You're taking a potentially lethal chance by posting any information
that could lead these people to your door.
A case in point is the actions of Craig.
I'm sure a few people here wish they'd never let him know anything about
themselves.
Everybody here should be asking themselves if his actions, especially of
late, are that of a reasonable person or even something they'd wish to
endure.
Doing background checks on ppl he has information on and trying to goad
others into providing info. he can use against them or use to obtain
more info. on them is not what I would call reasonable. Predatory is
probably a more apropos term. After all, he is hunting and phishing.
Seriously ppl, give it some thought. Any info. on the topic of this
group he has is available through other sources.
All it takes is one little piece of the right info. and he can find
every bit of publicly available info. there is out there on you. Do you
really want that?
Don't think there's nothing out there he can use against you. After all,
he's shown a propensity for bending and twisting things to suit his
purposes.
Just about everybody here should spend some time learning to protect
themselves in the virtual world, just like they should in the real world.
Especially some of you older guy's. You're just too trusting.
Please everybody, BE SAFE!

Damn right. When I'm offline, I'm hunting all of you down
and murdering you.
