Damn...I had to Google that one myself...but they seem to have their own
record label -

..."angular" music is ANY sort of non-mainstream, non-commercial, or
"off top 40" sort of music...what might have once been called "new
wave", "proto/post punk", "anti-pop", or "eclectic"...except FAR broader
in scope than that and not falling into one specific genre; see also:
"off center" or "no limit".

At least that's how I'd "classify" it...I guess a lot of what I like
(that isn't historical/regional/cultural in nature - like
folk/blues/inspirational) would be considered "angular". I guess...
