We got one of our songs on a radio station web play list at:
http://www.mix969.com/cc-common/artist_submission/all.html

On this page switch to Alternative and search for Radiobox or go there
directly at:
http://www.mix969.com/cc-common/artist_submission/player.html?art=54367&g=1191011895#

We're also still working on that radio station contest where the winner
opens for Hootie and the Blowfish at Jobing Arena here in Phoenix.
Voting ends the 30th, so if you don't mind, vote for us a few more
times. I promise to yell "AGB Rules!" during the gig if we win!

Better my band than some Sanjaya wannabe, right?

Voting is simple! Click on this link-

http://www.mix969.com/pages/Rockstar.html

Scroll down a tad and look at the list on the right side. You'll see
Radiobox-Underwater (*not* Radiofix). Click the little circle next to
it, then click "Vote".

Best of all, keep voting! There's no limit to the number of times you
can vote for us, so click, vote, and repeat until you smell smoke from
your mouse!

Voting lasts through the end of September, then the finalists battle it
out on October 5 at an undisclosed location.

Thanks a million.

It's not "your" band. It's a band that recently hired a middle-aged
wannabe because they aren't good enough to attract anyone in their own age
group .

Let me know when you enter a contest for conscienceless sociopath of the
decade, and you'll be smelling the smoke from my mouse. Until then, fuck
off, asswipe.

Does that mean you're not going to vote?

Only if the voting process does not permit the casting of negative votes.
After all, someone has to offset all of the votes that Mike Rieves has cast
in his latest pathetic ass-kissing attempt to gain your respect. While the
same could be accomplished by repeatedly casting votes for every other band
but yours, it's not worth the effort. Your band will probably lose anyway.

Hey Jim,

Don't think that "no vote" will, but I will (again). Are you the front
man for your band too??? You sure have the makings if you're not doing
it already. Hmmm, that creature is obviously not a bass player, doesn't
get the meaning of "support." Or much else as far as I can tell from his
very un-creative writing.

Good luck! Btw, I like Hootie and the Blowfish, what's wrong with them?
They were really popular on the jukebox 10 years or so ago when I was
shooting darts after work with the happy hour crowd and I remember them
fondly.

I just play bass and on rare occasion add a backup vocal. I'll take the
mic as needed for banter purposes. To be honest our front man does a
great job *and* is open to suggestions and criticism. Go figure.

Thanks for the votes.

He's got to be one of the most persistent unabashed trolls I've ever
encountered. I mean, he's gone through several news services (I think
complaints got him booted) and news clients over the years. That's *way*
too much effort IMHO.

It's obvious. Good musicians are open to suggestions if they trust the
source, just like any other professional. And if you guys all get along,
then it's easier to do.

Hey, anytime. Six years of politics and I finally have someone I can
vote for!

Did I ever tell you about the green troll who lives under the bridge in
Roanoke? My friend who runs some Green servers uses him as an example on
how to do a killfile. It seems that your looney is just a professional
opportunity in waiting, kook proof hosting or some such:) Or if we used
a secret code. Music theory might be enough to scare him off. Beware the
b5...

Hmmm, some kind of diminished thing then. Okay, see, music theory is
very powerful!

Come on you have to be pretty good to enter a battle of the bands!

You should change your handle to Lame Brain Lane.... for several reasons,
not the least of which is that you obviously have shit for brains.

It takes one to know one, and I have no doubt that you know them all.

Yep, I change news services based on the same level of commitment, loyalty
and attachment that you change wives. The only difference is that my ex
news servers would readily admit that they are paid whores.

If anyone needed proof that you are a child, you just gave it to them. "Lame

all the asses out there, meeting you increased the total by one.

Lame Brain... It takes one to know one. What's next? I'm rubber and you're

Be careful Lane, once you piss him off, you can't get rid of him, he's a
genuine psycho. He's been following Jim carr and me around for years. It's
best just to killfile each new alias as it pops up.
