Mojotone Fender Twin Kit

I bought a Mojotone kit that had been partially completed, tube
sockets filament circuits wired all transformers and chokes in place
most of the controls are there and a box of misc parts for $200. First
are there any step by step instuctions for puting one of these

This is a 15" guitar speaker, not bass - incredibly powerful, with
better high end than many 12s, and the ability to move some serious
air. Handles 300W according to the spec.

Trying to fix my mates guitar amp. Its making hissy fizzy noises. I have been shopping around for a 1959SLP Marshall head (afaik used by Billy Joe Armstrong on Green Day's Dookie album, 1994) and I noticed they are becoming slightly harder to find these days than they used to be.
