Now-a-days the TV news shows are clogged with video of nasty weather all
across the northern tier of states from Oregon/Washington to Maine.

Are you Great Lakes residents finding lots of ice in the lakes yet? Or is
it to early in the season to see problems with ice?
I don't live near any of the lakes so I'm unfamiliar with your conditions
(except from the Weather Channel, which may be somewhat inaccurate regarding
lake weather effects).
So what are you seeing???
