Editing a picture

I recieved via a email a photocopy of a old school class photo, very blurry
can Photoshop clear it up to a point of being clearer. The picture appears
to be a photocopy of a photocop.

The answer to that question is no, yes, maybe. Being a photocopy of a
photocopy I have my doubts that there is any possibility of improvement.
Optimally, a decent scan of the original, or a digital photograph of
the original would have been much better.
Without seeing the image in question there is no telling.This is a
non-binary group so don't post the image here, but if you would care
to, I would be happy to see what I could do if you email the file to me
at the above address with the {REMOVESPAM} removed.
