Hi all,
I am very inexperienced with PS 6.0 as you will see:). Is there a plug-in or
add-on that will allow me to create a virtual "pictureframe" around a photo?

Alienskin's new Splat! plugin (www.alienskin.com )will do just that. Check
out http://www.dizteq.com/splatframe.htm - the tutorial is done for Paint
Shop Pro 7.04 but would be very easy to accomplish in PS 6.

I have a tutorial for matting and framing a photo in a custom mitred
frame in Photoshop (without any add-ons). You can find this tutorial at
