i have a nice problem:
when i will print a digital image for example a portrait (from a minolta
dimage 7) the results are very bad. the colors "dark brown", and "black
(from the hair) look like a water color picture ;-). all you can see is
a "soup" of dark brown color. the color "dark green" is the same ...
the rest of the picture is fine - very fine. no inkdrop nothing. a
perfect print.
but it´s funny, all scanned pictures are correct . no problems. i have
had printed over 150 different scanned pictures without any problems.
only pictures from (various) digital camera´s are bad.
my config:
windows 2000
epson stylus photo 1270
epson scanner 1200
photoshop 6
- colormanagement off
- source color space "RGB without Tags"
- print color space "like source"
- medium "premium glossy photo paper"
- 1440 dpi
- photoenhanced 4
-- colour "normal"
-- no effekts
tetenal high glossy paper spezial 264g and
epson premium glossy photo paper
the result on the tetenal paper is much better then epson paper !!
